Providing a mix of activities, the Wellness Area has pre-recorded sessions for you to dip in and out of throughout the weekend at a time which best suits your schedule.  We hope that in additional to lots of rich content in the programme, you will also find some time for yourself to relax and reflect on all the information available throughout the weekend.

Your Life and Cancer strongly recommends that you consult with your medical practitioner before beginning any exercise programme.  If you do choose to participate in any of the Wellness programmes listed below, you agree that you do so at your own risk and assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Progresssive Communications Ltd and or Yes to Life from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of these activities.
